萝卜与变种小洋萝卜氢氧化钾鉴定法

---

1．数取试验样品2－4份，各100粒；

2．先用清水浸泡2小时，然后移入5%KOH溶液浸30分钟；

3．经水洗净后，分别放在玻璃片上的湿润滤纸上，进行氧化反应；

4．经5小时后，按种皮的颜色差异进行鉴定。粉红色和红色的小洋萝卜种子呈现橄榄色，而萝卜及白色小洋萝卜种子则呈暗樱桃色。
