〔成分〕

3ml赋形剂稀释液含乙胺碘呋酮盐酸盐 0．150g

3ml安瓿6支所含乙胺碘呋酮盐酸盐 0．900g

〔适应证〕

1．房性心律疾病 窦性心动过速，房性期外收缩，心房扑动。

2．房室连结性心律疾病 连接性心动过速。

3．室性节律疾病 室性心动过速及室性期外收缩。

〔禁忌证〕

窦性心动过缓，窦房传导阻滞，房-室性传导阻滞，尾部三叉神经疾病(在后两种病例下，本品注射液必须由专家经电收缩训练后使用)，心血管虚脱，个别的低动脉压。

〔副作用〕

静脉注射后，即刻会有血压轻微而短暂下降；面部潮红、出汗或短暂的恶心。

〔建议〕

定期测量血压；在动脉血压下降、严重呼吸功能不全、心肌病及严重心脏功能不全情况下谨慎使用本品；直接静脉注射时，不得超过5mg／kg；直接静脉注射时间至少要30s。

〔剂量〕

1．起始治疗 直接静脉注射：5mg／kg(即300～450mg)在30s～3min内注射完；静脉滴注：约2安瓿(300mg)溶于250ml等渗葡萄糖溶液中，于20min到2h内滴完。

2．预防治疗 连续静脉滴注：3～8安瓿(450～1200mg)，通常是4～6安瓿(600～900mg)溶于250～500ml等渗葡萄糖溶液中，24h内滴完。治疗可连续数天。

由于体液的原因，输液的浓度应该等于或大于每500ml2支安瓿。

每盒6安瓿，每安瓿3ml。

Composition

Indications

Auricular rythmic troubles：

·sinusal tachycardia，auricular extrasystole，auricular flutter

Junctional rythmic troubles：

·junctional tachycardia．

Ventricular rythmic troubles：

·tachycardia and ventricular extrasystole．

Contra-indications

Sinusal bradycardia，sinu-aurcular block，auriculo-ventricular block，caudal trifascicular troubles(in the two latter cases，Cordarone injectable solution has to be used by specialists and under electrosystolic training)，cardio-vascular collapse，several arterial hypotension．

Unwanted effects

·Slight and momentary drop of blood pressure just after the I．V．injection

·Sudden flush，sweat or momentary nausea after I．V．injection．Venitis may develop when injectable CORDARONE is administered through infusion．This may be avoided by using the technique of the central position catheter．

Recommend actions

·Watching regularly the blood pressure．

·To be used with care in cases of drop of arterial blood pressure，serious respiratory insufficiency，myocardipathias and severe cardiac insufficiency．

Do not exceed the dosage of 5 mg／kg per bodyweight in direct I．V．injection．

Time of direct injection must be of 30 seconds at least．

Dosage

·Initial treatment

Direct intravenous injection：5 mg／kg per bodyweight(i．e．300 to 450 mg)to be injected within 30 seconds to 3 minutes．

Intravenous infusions：about 2 ampoules(300 mg)in 250 ml isotonic dextrose solution to be injected within 20 minutes to 2 hours．

·Preventive treatment

Continuous intravenous infusions：3-8 ampoules．(450-1 200 mg)．Generally 4-6(600-900 mg)in 250-500 ml of isotonic dextrose solution，to be injected within 24 hours．Treatment to be continued during some days．

For galenic reasons，concentration in infusion liquid should always be equal or more than 2 ampoules for 500 ml．

Packing

Box of 6 ampoules of 3 ml．
