消极怠工xiāo jí dài gōng

remain passive and slow down;get(/be)slack in one's work;sabotage

消极怠工xiāojí-dàigōng

怠工：磨洋工，降低工作效率，拖延时间。指态度消极地对待工作，故意拖延时间，不好好干。
