产地证明书

【简介】：

产地证明书是证明货物原产地或制造国的证件。有些国家对货物进口时，海关必需提示这种证件作为对出口商采取差别税率或差别征税的依据。目前除下述普惠制用产地证或欧洲共同体用产地证外，我国出立这种证件的唯一机关是中国国际贸易促进委员会(简称贸促会)。

产地证明书上写明商品标记及号码、品名、数量或重量等，有时信用证中要求加列生产名称也须照填，其内容须与发票一致，签发日期一般不应迟于提单日期。如信用证上规定须经工商联签发者，均须改由贸促会签发。另有一种普通产地证，由外贸公司本身填写盖章即可。
