〔配方〕

每片含： 长效硝酸甘油 复方长效硝酸甘油

戊四硝酯：30mg 20mg

硝酸甘油：—— 0．5mg

〔性状〕

长效硝酸甘油戊四硝酯(硝酸戊四醇酯)，它是一种冠状血管扩张药，其作用较为缓解而且比硝酸甘油(三硝酸甘油酯)作用持续时间长，在复方长效硝酸甘油中，戊四硝酯同作用较快的硝酸甘油相混合。戊四硝酯也具有解痉作用。

〔适应证〕

心绞痛，胆囊运动障碍。

〔剂量〕

日服3次或3次以上，每次0．5～1片。开始时以小剂量给药便可避免头痛的作用。之后剂量可逐渐加大。如需药效快速，将药片咀嚼后吞服。

〔包装〕

复方长效硝酸甘油：

瓶装，每瓶分别装有50片、100片及250片。

医院包装：10×100片。

刻痕片。

〔贮藏期〕

复方长效硝酸甘油的贮存期为2年。

Formula

Each tablet contains： Nitropent Nitropent comp．

Pentaerythrityl tetranitrate，PETN 30 mg 20 mg

Glyceryl trinitrate - 0．5 mg

Description

Nitropent contains PETN，a coronary vasodilatror which acts less rapidly and has a longer duration of action than glyceryl trinitrate．In Nitropent comp，the PETN is combined with the faster acting glyceryl trinitrate．PETN Has also a spasmolytic effect．

Indications

Angina pectoris，Biliary dyskinesia

Dosage

1／2-1 Tablet three or more times daily．Side-effects in the form of headaches can be avoided by initial administration of small doses which may be increased gradually．When a rapid effect is required，the tablets may be chewed．
