恃德者昌，恃力者亡

语出汉代司马迁《史记·商君列传》。意谓依靠道德来治理就昌盛，依靠武力暴政必然灭亡。

恃德者昌，恃力者亡shì dé zhě chāng , shì lì zhě wáng

those who rely on virtue will prosper,those who rely on force will perish; those who rule by virtue will thrive,those who rule by force will perish
❍ 书曰：“～。”君之危若朝露，尚将欲延年益寿乎？ (司马迁《史记·商君列传》) The Book of Document says，“Those who rely on virtue will prosper,those who rely on force will perish. ”You are as vulnerable as the morning dew and your expectation of life can hardlybe long.

凭借仁德的能够兴盛，依靠暴力的就会灭亡。
