但以理；(喻)公正的人

It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom:

And over these three presidents; of whom Daniel was first: that the princes might give accounts unto them, and the king should have no damage.

Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.

Dan．6∶1－3

大利乌随心所愿，立一百二十个总督治理通国。

又在他们之上立总长三人(但以理在其中)，使总督在他们面前回复事务，免得王受亏损，

因这但以理有美好的灵性，所以显然超乎其余的总长和总督，王又想立他治理通国。
