附件2 油浸镜的使用

---

首先在低倍镜中选准物相，随后移动油浸镜对准观察部分，然后在盖玻片的中央滴上1滴香柏油(油滴中不能有气泡，否则妨碍观察)。使用时，将我们头从侧面观察，并将油浸镜头转正，小心地移动粗调节器，使接物镜的顶端浸在香柏油内，然后用眼对准接目镜，将镜筒稍稍提起，直到出现物相为止。如不清晰，可再用细调节器调节之。
