植物细胞培养与植物遗传转化

植物细胞培养(Evans与Cocking，1975)和植株再生(Vasil，Ahuja与Vasil，1979)应用于植物育种规划，已有许多报道。植物细胞培养是新植物生物技术学的基础手段。
