亚伦的手杖变成蛇；(喻)压倒一切

And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying.

When the Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you; then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.

And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the Lord had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.

For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpent: but Aaron's rod swallowed up the rods.

Exod.7:8-12.

耶和华晓谕摩西、亚伦说：

“法老若对你们说：‘你们行件奇事吧!你就吩咐亚伦说：‘把杖丢在法老面前，使杖变作蛇’。

”

摩西、亚伦进去见法老，就照耶和华所吩吩的行，亚伦把杖丢在法老和臣仆面前，杖就变作蛇。

于是，法老召了博士和术士来，他们是埃及行法术的，也用邪术照样而行。

他们各人丢下自己的杖，杖就变作蛇，但亚伦的杖吞了他们的杖。
