【中文释文】：

(天冬酰胺钾镁)针剂，包衣片剂

〔成分〕

每安瓿(10ml)含0．400g无水天冬酰胺镁(33．7mg Mg²⁺)及0．452g无水天冬酰胺钾(103．3mg K⁺)。

每包衣片含0．140g无水天冬酰胺镁(11．8mg Mg²⁺)及0．158g无水天冬酰胺钾(36．2mg K⁺)。

〔适应证〕

心绞痛、心肌梗塞、抗洋地黄的充血性心力衰竭、洋地黄不耐症、洋地黄中毒、预防心肌梗塞、心绞痛发作、心律失常如心动过速、室性期外收缩。

〔禁忌证〕

急性和慢性肾衰竭。

〔剂量〕

包衣片：每日3次，每次2片。

安瓿：在冠脉血流失调情况下，每日2安瓿，用50～100ml5%葡萄糖稀释，缓慢静脉注射。

预防用药：每日3次，每次1片。

对心肌梗塞病人，每日2安瓿(早晚各1安瓿)，用50～100ml5%葡萄糖稀释，静脉注射。

〔注意〕

如果需要，可将毒毛花苷K或洋地黄加入本品溶液。

〔包装〕

每瓶50包衣片；

每瓶500包衣片；

每盒5安瓿；

每盒25安瓿。

Composition

Each ampoule(10 ml)contains 0．400g of magnesium asparaginicum anhydricum(33．7 mg Mg)，and 0．452 g of kalium asparaginicum anhydricum(103．3 mg K⁺)．

Each coated tablet contains 0．140 g of magnesium asparaginicum anhydricum(11．8 mg Mg²⁺)and 0．158 g of kalium asparaginicum anhydricum(36．2 mg K⁺)．

Indications

Angina pectoris，myocardial infarction，congestive heart failure resistant to digitalis，digitalis intolerance，digitalis intoxication．

Prevention of myocardial infarction and stenocardial attacks，rhythm disorders，as reg．tachycardia，ventricular extrasystole．

Contraindications

Acute and chronic renal failure．

Dosage

Three times daily 2 coated tablets or daily 2 ampoules diluted with 50 to 100 ml 5% glucose，administered by slow intravenous injection in disturbances of the coronary blood flow．

For prophylaxis three times1 coated tablet daily．In myocardial infarction 2 ampoules daily(one in the morning and one in the evening)，diluted with 50 to 100 ml 5% glucose administered in infusion．

Remark

If necessary，strophantine or digitalis may be added to the Panangin solution．
