〔外观简介〕

30mg硫氮酮片剂为白色、几乎为白色、园形、凸面无刻痕的膜包衣片，直径6mm，每片含硫氮酮片剂30mg。

60mg硫氮酮片剂为白色、膜包衣、胶囊状有刻痕的片剂。大小：5mm×10mm。每片含硫氮酮片剂60mg。

120mg硫氮酮片剂为白色、膜包衣、胶囊状有刻痕的片剂。大小：6mm×14mm。每片含硫氮酮片剂120mg。

〔用途〕

硫氮酮片剂，是苄硫噻嗪药，在结构上为新型钙拮抗剂，通过阻滞慢钙通道抑制钙离子进入平滑肌细胞，导致小动脉扩张，尤其是冠状动脉血管舒张。由于冠状动脉侧支也扩张，冠状动脉血流量增加，肾脏血流量也稍有增加。

〔适应证〕

心绞痛、变异性心绞痛，高血压。

〔剂量〕

口服用药剂量因人而异。

30mg片：每日3～4次，每次1片。

60mg片：每日3～4次，每次半片至l片，开始剂量每日3次，每次2片。

120mg片：每日1～2次，每次1～1．5片。通常每日2次，每次1片。老年病人剂量1日2次，每次半片。

由于缺少经验，儿童剂量未列出。

〔禁忌证、警告〕

心源性休克，失代偿性心力衰竭，病窦综合征，传导异常，心搏徐缓。

孕妇及哺乳期用法：孕妇及哺乳期禁用。

〔副作用〕

仅2%～4%的病人发生副作用。最常见的有头痛、头晕、疲劳、皮疹、下端肢体轻度水肿。胃肠道症状、心搏徐缓、病窦综合征。

药物相互作用：β-阻滞剂能加重心搏徐缓和房室传导阻滞。抗高血压剂，及利尿剂能加强降血压作用，氟烷能加大心脏抑制作用(动物试验有强协同作用)。

过量的治疗法。到目前为止没有过剂量用药报道，治疗应是对症性的。其他钙拮抗剂的过量，常用输注氯化钙对抗治疗。

〔药品贮存注意事项〕

室温贮存(15～25℃)，有效期3年。

Presentation

Dilzem 30 mg tablets are white or almost white，round，convex，film-coated and unscored．Diamter：6mm．Each tablet contains Diltiazem 30 mg．

Dilzem 60 mg tablels are white，film-coated，capsule-shaped and scored．Size：5mm×l0mm．

Each tablets contains Diltiazem 60 mg．

Dilzem 120 mg tablets are white，film-coated，capeule-shaped and scored．Size：6mm×14mm．Each tablet contains Diltiazem 120 mg．

Uses

Diltiazem，which is a benzothiazepine，is structurally a new type of calcium antagonist which inhibits calciumion entry in the smooth muscle cell by blocking the slow calcium channels．This results in arteriolar dilatation，and coronary vasodilation in particular．Because coronary collaterals are also dilated，coronaryblood flow increases．There is a slight increase in renal blood flow，too．

Indications

Angina pectoris，Prinzmetal’s angina，hypertension．

Dosage

Tablet is given orally．Dosage is individual．

30 mg tablet：30 mg 3-4 times daily．

60 mg tablet：30-60 mg 3-4 times daily．Commencing dosage is 120 mg 3 times daily

120 mg tablet：120-180 mg 1-2 times daily，usually 1 tablet twice daily．Recommended commencing dose for geriatric patients is 0．5 tablet twice dialy．

Due to lack of experience dosage in children is not given．

Contraindications，warnings，etc．

Contraindications：Cardiogenic shock，decompensated cardiac failure，sick-sinus syndrome，conduction abnormalities，bradycardia．

Use during pregnancy and lactation：The preparation should not be used during pregnancy and lactation．

Side effects：only 2%-4% of the patients experience side effects．The most common are headache，dizziness，fatigue，skin rashes and mild edemas of the lower extremities．

Gastrointestinal symptoms，bradycardia and sick-sinus syndrome have been described．

Interactions：Beta blockers may potentiate bradycardia and atrioventricular conduction block．Antihypertensives and diuretics may potentiate hypotensive effect．Halothane may potentiate cardiac depressing effect(In animal trials strong synergistic effect)．

Treatment of overdosage：There has been no reports of overdosage so far．The treatment should be symptomatic．Overdosage of other calcium antagonists has been counteracted by intravenous infusions of calcium chloride．

Pharmaceutical precautions

Store at room temperature(15-25℃)．Shelf-life is 3 years．
