装卸期限条款

装卸期限又称许可装卸时间，是航次租船合同中对装货和卸货时间加以限定的条款。

许可装卸时间是指由船舶所有人和租船人约定的、允许租船人完成装货和卸货的时间。装卸期限一般用若干日或若干小时表示，也可用装卸率表示。

装卸期限的长短或装卸率定额的高低取决于货物种类、船舶舱口数、港口装卸效率和各港口的工作习惯等因素。合同中装卸期限或装卸率的订法一般有下述几种：(1)装货若干日和卸货若干日(Laytime ×× days for loadingand ×× days for discharging)。(2)装货和卸货共若干日(Laytime total ×× days for loading and discharging)。(3)每天装货和卸货××吨(Cargo to be loaded and discharged at the rate of ×× tons per day)。(4)每日每舱口装货和卸货××吨(Cargo to be loaded and discharged at the rate of ×× tons per hatch perday)。(5)按港口习惯快速装货和卸货(Cargo to be loaded and discharged according to the customary quick despatch，简称CQD)。
