陈骙骙(kui);1127—1203年

字叔进。宋代杰出的修辞学家、文章学家。做过同知枢密院事、参知政事。他总结前人的修辞理论，加上自己的研究心得，汇集成为《文则》。《文则》名义上是谈文章法则，但主要是讨论修辞，为我国历史上第一部修辞学专著。其中有关论述，历代均有称引，影响很大。
