送君千里，终有一别

意为无论送行送得有多远，最终还是要分手的。是劝阻送行的常语。
也作：送君千里终须别 送君千里，总有一别

送君千里，终有一别sòng jūn qiān lǐ , zhōng yǒu yī bié

although you escort a guest a thousand miles,yet the parting must come at last;though you see a friend off a thousand li,sooner or later you must part
❍ 自古道： “～”。(《水浒全传》393) It has been said from ancient times，“Although you escort a guest a thousand miles,yet must the parting come at last. ”/武松挽住宋江说道： “尊兄不必远送。常言道： ‘送君千里，终须一别。’” (《水浒全传》269) Wu Song took Song Jiang by the hand and said，“You must not come any further. People often say. ‘Even if you accompany a guest three hundred miles you must at last come to the parting place.’”
