别人遇到困难或危险时袖手旁观而不去救助：坐视不见

对别人的危难不去求助，在一旁看热闹：隔岸观火
看见人家有急难而不去救援：见死不救　见溺不救　视溺不援

坐视不理zuò shì bù lǐ

look on idly; look on withfolded arms; sit by idly and remain indifferent
