And the Lord said unto Moses. Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.

And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.

And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.

Exod. 14:26-28

耶和华对摩西说：“你向海伸杖，叫水仍合拢在埃及人和他们的车辆、马兵身上。

”

摩西就向海伸杖，到了天一亮，海水仍旧复原。埃及人避水逃跑的时候，耶和华把他们推翻在海中。

水就回流，淹没了车辆和马兵，那些跟著以色列人下海法老的全军，连一个也没有剩下。
