“三无”老人

elderly people who have lost the ability to work,who have no source of income,and who have no legal guardians whatsoever to support them,or their guardians do not have the ability to support them(无劳动能力、无生活来源、无法定赡养人、扶养人，或者其法定赡养人、扶养人确无赡养、扶养能力的老年人)对～，由国家实施在吃、穿、住、医、葬方面给予生活照顾和物质帮助的“五保”供养制度。The elderly people who have lost their ability to work,who have no source of income,and who have no legal guardians whatsoever to support them,or their legal guardians do not have ability to support them,shall enjoy the state’s “five guarantees” system,which means that their food,clothing,housing,medical care and burial expenses are taken care of and subsidized by the government.
