向日葵硬壳和软壳品种重铬酸钾鉴定法

---

1．将试验样品放入小烧杯里，加入重铬酸钾硫酸混合液(85份重铬酸钾饱和溶液和15份浓硫酸所配成)10－15ml，反应30分钟；

2．观察鉴定 待30分钟后倒去溶液，把种子放在玻璃板上，在瘦果晾干前进行皮壳硬性的鉴别。在试剂的作用，向日葵瘦果的表皮及木栓组织褪色，硬壳品种的硬壳层呈现黑色，其瘦果变为暗色，而软壳瘦果为淡色。
