分生组织培养和微繁殖

本章讨论茎分生组织、苗尖和顶芽的离体培养技术。分生组织培养的外植体无论是采用顶端圆盖(顶端分生组织)，还是更多地采用带少数叶原基的顶端分生组织(亚顶端分生组织区)。苗尖培养的外植体通常选择2cm或者比2cm更短的生长枝条的嫩尖。芽培养包括顶芽、腋芽培养，通常用生长或休眠枝条的带芽茎段进行培养。
