从猪肠粘膜肝素的亚硝酸降解作用得到的降解肝解聚酶钙盐，其主要成分是一末端非还原结构2-O-硫代-α-L-碘吡喃糖酸和一末端链的还原结构6-O-硫代-2，5-无水-D-甘露糖醇。

平均相对分子量为4000-5000．硫酸盐化度约为2．1每双糖单位。

Calcium salt of depolymerized heparin obtained by nitrous acid degradation of heparin from pork intestinal mucosa．The majority of the components have a 2-O-sulfo-α-L-iodopyranosuronic acid structure at the non-reducing end and a 6-O-sulfo-2，5-anhydro-D-mannitol structure at the reducing end of their chain．The average relative molecular mass is 4000 to 5000．The degree of sulfation is about 2．1 per disaccharide unit．
