占：占据，占有。此处指独自一人占有，不让别人使用。比喻占着职位，不干工作。也说“占着茅厕不拉屎”。谌容《万年青》三十二： “不想干当社员大伙说去，甭占着茅坑不拉屎。”吴德永、车吉心《海的女儿》第十九章：“谁丢人？空跑船才丢人：占着茅厕不拉屎。”
