M．L．gen．n．Pasteuria of Pasteur(named for L．Pasteur，French savant and scientist)．巴斯德氏芽菌属［type species，P．ramosa Metchnikoff 1888(AL)strain ATCC 27377，hasbeen transferred to Pirellula staleyi，the standing of this genus remains to be discussed；the description of Metchnikoff 1888，as amended by Starr et al．1983，was suggested to serve as type．模式种已被转走，该属之分类地位有待商榷］
