心理学术语。与复杂的大脑和肌体反应有关的人类情感。它常伴有心跳和呼吸加快、出汗、口干和颤抖等生理变化。情绪变化与大脑有关，较严重的紧张情绪都与大脑中较大程度的神经活动有关。对哭笑等面部情绪变化的解释至今不详。不同的文化背景亦有不同的情绪。
