Thomas Cranmer(1489-1556),English prel-ate,who gained favour of Henry Ⅷ by supportingthe divorce of Henry from Queen Katharine. Hetravelled on the European continent gathering learnedopinions on the divorce question,and then declaredHenry’s marriage with Katharine null and void. In1533 he was appointed archbishop of Canterbury托马斯·克兰默，英国高级教会人士，因支持亨利八世与凯萨琳王后离婚而得到前者的宠信。他曾在欧陆搜集学者们关于亨利离婚的意见，然后宣布他与凯萨琳的婚姻无效。
