多边贸易协议与协定

根据“建立世界贸易组织的马拉喀什协议”，世界贸易组织负责实施、管理、运作的多边贸易协议与协定共有15个。

其中多边货物贸易协议(Multilateral Agreements on Trade in Goods)13个，即：1994年关税与贸易总协定(General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994)，农产品协议(Agreement on Agriculture)，实施动植物卫生检疫措施的协议(Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures)，纺织品与服装协议(Agreement on Textiles and Clothing)，技术性贸易壁垒协议(Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade)，与贸易有关的投资措施协议(Agreement on TradeRelated Investment Measures)，关于履行1994年关税与贸易总协定第六条的协议(Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994)，关于履行1994年关税与贸易总协定第七条的协议(Agreement on Implemcntation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994)，装运前检验协议(Agreement on Preshipment Inspection)，原产地规则协议(Agreement on Rules of Origin)，进口许可程序协议(Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures)，补贴与反补贴措施协议(Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures)，保障措施协议(Agreement on Safeguards)，服务贸易总协定(General Agreement on Trade in Services)，与贸易有关的知识产权协定(Agreement on Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights)。世界贸易组织成员方必须以“一篮子”方式接受这些协议与协定，故称为多边贸易协议与协定。
