和事老héshìlǎo

〈名〉调解纠纷的人，特指无原则调解纠纷的人：老张是个和事老。
【提示】又作“和事佬”。

也作和事佬。名词。指不讲原则地进行调解的人，用于贬义。
【例】 他们的丈人刘和和，是刘家堡有名的一个和事老。(马烽《村仇》)
