月球环绕地球运转一周所需的时间。在天文学上分为恒星月、会合月、交点月、近点月和回归月5种。由于地球轨道受到摄动，所有天文月的长度均有微小变化。朔望月（从地球上看的月相周期）平均长度为29.53日。在历书上，月是基本的时间周期之一。
