测定方法

---

1．将燕麦种子样品放入培养皿里，加入1份浓度为38%HCl溶液和4份蒸馏水配成的混合液，浸泡6小时；

2．将经6小时浸泡后，从HCl混和液中取出，放在滤纸上，大约气干1小时；

3．观察鉴定：鉴别是黄褐色的为荧光种子，而黄色的为非荧光种子。
